AGAM NURSING HOME CARE PRICING POLICY:
- Price is inclusive of :
- Room Charge
- Nursing care/ shared Attendants
- Food
- Physiotherapist Weekly GP Doctor’s Visit
- Laundry Care
- Price doesn’t include:
- Medicines
- Surgical tools e.g. catheter, Ryles tube, diapers, oxygen cylinder or any dressing materials, etc.
- Lab test or other specialist doctors.
- Special Diet
- All payment need to pay at the front during the time of admission
- Mode of payment: Cash, Cheque would be made in favor of “AGAM NURSING HEALTH CARE” Online bank transfer
- Use of deposit:
- to be used at the time of emergency hospitalization of the service user;
- to balance the payment at the time of discharge/discontinuation of service.
- Refund of deposit: Refund to be provided within 1 week of service user’s discharge. In case of non-payment of monthly charge or decide to take discharge earlier then decided date the organization is not liable to pay a deposit or any part of the deposit.
- Refund of Payment: No refund in case of daily, monthly and 3 months of service would be for 12 months of service, a refund will be provided if service is terminated within 3 months.
- The charge should be paid within 5 days of the due date of service. The window of 5 days will be given to the resident for payment of due fees, penalties of 100 Rs. per day will be implied upon delaying of fees.
- The advance bed booking fee is only valid for 1 month. After the 1-month bed booking fee is not refundable.
- Guesthouse services: price inclusive of room charge with attached bathroom, Food (Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), newspaper and TV.
- Nursing care service at home: Nurse services only provide for nursing care like dressing, replacing catheter or Ryles tube or peg feeding tube, vital sign measurements, injection, drips, cannula management etc. Nursing care services are not for personal care or assisting in daily living activities.
- Additional care assistant or specialist doctor at the facility would require additional cost.
- The AGAM NURSING HOME Care management shall have the right of increasing/enhancing the amount received from the residents in the senior living towards the expenses for facilities and shall have the right of making any changes in the rules in that favor, whenever reasoned necessary.
- The family will have to make sure that stock of the medicine is provided to the supervisor at the time of admission or should ask the supervisor to buy on their behalf.
- For resident’s additional comfort if they required during stays at AGAM NURSING HOME Care like air-condition, extra fan, air cooler, TV or any other special requirements, resident’s family member should have to bear all expenses or if they want to buy on behalf of them, Family member will have to settle down that purchased bill amount at the end of the month of payment.

- NRI seniors need to pay Rs. 10,000 deposits during admission. The deposit will use in case of a medical emergency
- Extra charges would be applied on the following services: doctor’s visit, physiotherapist, psychotherapist, nursing care, other allied health care staff, special food, picnic, additional facility, and additional staff
- If the resident will become bedridden/assistant required to doing certain activities during the stay at AGAM NURSING HOME CARE then extra charges would be applied as per our pricing structure and will be a shift from a retirement home to a rehabilitation facility
